God’s Plan of Salvation

1 Cor. 15 defines the “gospel” as the good news about the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. His sinless existence, sacrifice and resurrection all prove His position as the Son of God.

So, how do we appropriately respond to this great news?

1. Hear the Good News

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the good word of God.” Romans 10:17

2. Believe

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Acts 16:31

3. Repent

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.” Acts 3:19

4. Confess

“For with the heart can believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvations.” Romans 10:10.

5. Be Baptized

“Repent, and be baptized every one of your in the names of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” Acts 2:38.

6. Walk Faithfully

“Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. Revelation 2:10
